H&A was founded in 2005 and, for over a decade, has been providing consulting services to major corporations around the globe.  

Led by a seasoned exectutive with over twenty years of highly sucessful business development experience in the Middle East, the Company offers a deep understanding of local business practices and strong relationships with potential customers and investors in the region.

Our President

From 1996 to 2005, Rocky was the Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB), a publically traded company that he co-founded in the United Arab Emirates.  At it's founding, ADSB was the largest and most modern shipbuilder in the Middle East and was the first in the region with the ability to build, repair and upgrade complex naval warships.

During his ten years as CEO of ADSB, Rocky established a large number of strategic alliances with major marine equipment, shipbuilding and defense companies throughout the Middle East, United States, Europe and Asia. Through those alliances, ADSB rapidly broadened its capabilities and successfully captured significant naval and commercial contracts throughout the region.  In 2004, ADSB was identified by US Defense News as the fastest growing defense business in the world.

During the twenty years prior to establishing Abu Dhabi Ship Building, Rocky held a variety of senior management positions within the US energy and shipbuilding sectors with such companies as Babcock & Wilcox and Northrop Grumman.  During the period from 1982 to 1996, Mr. Holliday was a senior level executive with Newport News Shipbuilding, in such diverse functions as engineering, operations, facilities, production planning, and general management.  

Mr. Holliday holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and currently serves on several Corporate Boards.
